Concept
The scope of the project was on developing a mobile app to seamlessly bridge the DSC and CIL initiatives for FedEx.
Designed for both FedEx personnel and external users, the app enabled real-time inventory management, including the ability to reserve, order, and return inventory on the go.
Technicians could also update inventory received at Forward Stocking Locations directly through the app, ensuring up-to-date visibility.
As part of the solution, we engineered Bluetooth-enabled smart locks, fully integrated and controlled via the app through byte-level writing and API connectivity—enhancing security and operational efficiency.
