Concept

The scope of the project was to build a high-performance system to manage critical inventory logistics with speed and precision.

The platform enabled users to create and receive delivery orders in real-time through both manual input and API integration, while providing full visibility through dynamic mapping of delivery items.

To optimize operations, we implemented an AI/ML-powered bot that intelligently analyzed incoming orders and automatically routed them to the most cost- and time-efficient external courier services.

The system also featured integrated label generation and a powerful, interactive dashboard for seamless backend order management.
