Concept
The scope of the project was to build a comprehensive digital inventory system for warehouses and forward stocking locations.
Designed to seamlessly connect with newly developed transportation and planning platforms, the solution enabled real-time visibility, event management and control across the entire supply chain.
By integrating internal, external, and legacy systems—reengineered using .NET—we delivered greater transparency, a more agile operating model, and improved cost efficiency.
Additionally, we developed custom RFID scanning software for Forward Stocking Locations, ensuring 100% inventory accuracy for end users.
